On Wednesday, May 7, Portillo’s in Greenfield, WI, might easily take the stress out of that decision. That’s when they’re hosting Portillo’s Catering First Taste Event from 11:30am-1pm. Here you’ll have the opportunity to sample food from their catering menu—beef, hot dogs, salads, pastas, and desserts. We met Ken at the Portillo’s booth while attending today’s Small Business Expo, sponsored by the Greater Greenfield Community Chamber at Greenfield High School. That’s when he invited us to the First Taste Event. On behalf of Small Business Milwaukee, I asked if I could extend the invite to our community.
