What is Positive Polarity?
Positive Polarity is a business-coaching and consulting firm led by Dave Molenda, aiming to help businesses grow by improving leadership, team dynamics, sales, and customer service.
At its core, Positive Polarity offers coaching and training services — including customized team and leadership development, sales management, and customer- service improvement. Dave works with organizations to identify blind spots, challenge existing norms, and help them rethink how they communicate internally and with customers.
One of our key offerings is DISC assessment-based training, which helps teams understand personality styles and communication preferences — improving collaboration, employee engagement, and overall workplace dynamics. Positive Polarity hosts monthly professional development events in the Milwaukee area geared towards business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals wanting to learn leadership strategies, improve company culture, and build stronger teams.
Dave Molenda is an engaging, high-energy speaker who presents nationwide on a wide range of topics, including leadership, sales, employee engagement, customer experience, and more. He is an accomplished keynote and breakout speaker, delivering presentations for organizations, associations, company retreats, and a variety of other events.
In addition to coaching, speaking and workshops, Positive Polarity produces a weekly podcast — The Positive Polarity Podcast — where Dave and a variety of business leaders discuss professional and personal growth, leadership, self-awareness, soft skills, and practical lessons for running and scaling businesses. Overall, Positive Polarity positions itself as more than just a consultant — we are a supportive partner for businesses, helping them transform by combining proven business strategies, personalized coaching, effective communication tools, and ongoing development.
