Arms Around Us: Run, Black, & Grow

Join us in Metcalfe Park on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at 10:00 AM for a food justice community walk/run.

We will gather at the former parking lot of Pick ‘N Save to reflect on a year since the grocery store closure. From the parking lot, we will move in solidarity to Metcalfe Park’s Black Joy Farm for a gardening workshop and collective action.

All ages are welcome to attend. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
