Today’s topic was about how to move forward with your day and be productive after having an unexpected emotional upset. Sometimes when something happens that you did not expect, it can be hard to move past it. 20% of your staff (or coworkers) can be going through something devastating at any time. Consider that when reacting to a situation. This can be for anyone in your life, not just coworkers.
